ELP Delhi bulks up with Khaitan principal associate, IP ‘08 Abhishek Sanyal as associate partner

Khaitan & Co principal associate and IP Delhi 2008 alumnus Abhishek Sanyal has joined Economic Laws Practice (ELP) as associate partner in Delhi.

Sanyal started his career with Khaitan where his stint lasted for the last 10 years. He will be joining ELP’s Delhi corporate practice.

He focuses on corporate commercial transactions and general corporate advisory.

ELP managing partner Suhail Nathani commented: ““ELP will be bulking up its corporate offering, and Abhishek (sp?) is part of this plan, given that delhi is an important jurisdiction for ELP.”

Long time due! Congratulations and all the best. Good that you came out of KCO, now you can florish. If a 10 year long relationship ends then it is a bigger loss to the institution rather than for the individual as individuals make an institution and not vice versa!
