FoxMandal Little (FML) has announced that it is merging with the boutique practice of Tony Khindria called LexIndia, which has offices in Delhi, Paris and London.

In a press release FML stated: “The merger brings with it not only one additional office in Europe but resources and expertise to uniquely meet the rapidly evolving needs of clients around the world.”

“Tony Khindria, born in Punjab, India, was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1982, as a Solicitor in Mumbai in 1987 and as an Avocat au Barreau De Paris in 1993. He specialises in company and commercial law, and has considerable experience in joint ventures and transfers of technology. He speaks English, French, and Punjabi. Tony Khindria trained in Kennedys, Solicitors, London (1981-1984) and worked as in house counsel in Alcatel, Paris (1984-1987) in charge of India. In 1987 he created Lexindia.”

FML partner Som Mandal said in the release: “Lexindia merger and Tony’s joining our firm strengths our commitment to make our firm an Indian international law firm. The firm’s practice in Paris through Tony’s office will certainly help the firm’s practice and knowledge about civil law countries and will also bolster the firm’s ambitious plans for growth in civil law countries.”

As per the release, Khindria (pictured) added: “Our clients will be greatly helped by the strength in depth of the FoxMandal Little practice across India and by FML’s international development.”
