Gravitas Legal has promoted Rahul Gaikwad to salaried partner level.

He is a 2010 graduate of Mumbai University’s Padmashree Dr DY Patil College of Law, and had joined Gravitas last year when the firm absorbed Kay Legal & Associates.

2011 Pune University graduate Henna Vadhera has been promoted from senior associate to principal associate.

The promotion takes effect from 1 April 2018.

Gravitas Legal has a total of 5 partners, of whom 1 is a salaried partner and 4 are equity partners. The firm’s total fee-earner headcount, including partners, is 25, with offices in Delhi and Mumbai.

The firm was started in 2016 by former Khaitan Sud & Partners equity partner Tanuj Sud, following the break-up of the firm.
