Hammurabi & Solomon opens in Patna

Hammurabi & Solomon opened in Patna on 24 August, adding its fourth national office in addition to Delhi, Mumbai and Ranchi.

In Patna the firm will have the dispute resolution, real estate, corporate, commercial, property and arbitration practices.

Hammurabi managing partner Manoj Kumar commented in the firm’s press release: “This is a part of our continuing growth strategy to boost our local presence and support to our clients.” He added that the firm is planning to open more offices in other “leading” cities.

The firm, headed by five partners, had expanded its Mumbai Office last year and also entered into work sharing arrangements with various US, UK, Singapore, Japan and Russian law firms.

Is it a law firm? What they will do in Bihar. Even Alkem has shifted to Mumbai. Be safe before raising invoice.

The firm in spite of having good work doesn't know how to retain people. It has lost talented lawyers because of politics played by rotten apples who get pay hikes and positions without contributing anything meaningful. Even pass outs of NLUs could not survive because of people from Mewar and all.

Guess Mr. Manoj Kumar wakes up and smells the coffee because personally I wish the firm very well.

Another fine example of contrived law firm names....this I think is unique to India. While on Hammaurabi and Solomon....you could add the great judge and lover of aam aadmi, Lord Denning. Hammaurabi and Solomon and Denning....in the den of Bihar!
