HSA hires Dhir disputes lawyer Abhirup Dasgupta as associate partner

HSA Advocates has hired Dhir & Dhir disputes principal associate Abhirup Dasgupta as associate partner in Delhi.

According to HSA’s press release, he specialises in insolvency and bankruptcy laws, banking litigation, securitisation, corporate litigation, civil, criminal and company matters, arbitration and land acquisition matters, and has appeared before high courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and the Supreme Court.

The 2008 Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) LLB graduate had been at Dhir & Dhir since 2013, having previously also worked with Bennett Coleman & Co and J Sagar Associates (JSA), according to HSA.

HSA Advocates now has 34 partners and associate partners.
