HSA hires Ex-Crawford, Ex-Vodafone Litigator Faranaaz Karbhari as counsel in Mumbai

Litigator and Alpha Chambers Advocates & Solicitor founder Faranaaz Karbhari has joined HSA Advocates as counsel along with Rahul P Jain as an associate counsel in Mumbai.

She specialises in disputes before high courts, company tribunals and arbitration, conciliation and Mediation, including direct and indirect taxes, according to HSA’s press release.

She has practised in itigation for 20 years, having begun her legal career as an article clerk with Crawford Bayley, where she had remained for 15 years before joining Vodafone in 2014 as associate vice president litigation.

She had set up Alpha Chambers in 2016.

Jain has 12 years of experience and also specialises in tax advisory work and disputes before high courts and tribunals.

Btw, HSA don't have much of a presence in Mumbai.

She will do well. She is experienced and knows Bombay litigation system well.
Depends on the firm how best they want to utilise her skills and experience.
