HSA Advocates has hired Gurgaon-based Kochhar & Co corporate partner Gaurav Sahay in its Bangalore office, that had recently seen the departure of partner Sharath Chandrasekhar (along with six others) to DSK Legal.

Sahay specialises in corporate and M&A, working with domestic and multinational clients on corporate and commercial laws, antitrust / competition, intellectual property, securities, insurance and environmental laws, as well as employment law, according to HSA’s press release.

The 2006 Delhi University law (and English literature BA and MA) grad began his career at HNS, before joining Sahay & Sahay in 2008.

In March 2018, he had moved to Kochhar as a partner in Gurgaon.
