J Sagar Associates (JSA) Bangalore salaried partner Arjun Perikal has joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas in the city earlier this month.
Perikal had started his career in 2003 at AZB & Partners Bangalore after graduating from KLE Law College in Bangalore. In 2009, he had joined JSA, where he became partner in 2013.
It is understood he focuses primarily on disputes, court assisted M&A and corporate restructuring these days, which makes up around 60% of his practice.
The remainder is M&A, general commercial contracts and real estate.

Not entirely accurate, he moved with Murali & Chandy from AZB to M&C to JSA.. :-)
