K Law adds Khaitan Delhi PA Arjun Rajgopal (NLS ‘07) as partner in Bangalore

Khaitan & Co Delhi principal associate Arjun Rajgopal joined K Law in Bangalore as corporate partner last month.

An NLSIU Bangalore 2007 alumnus, Rajgopal began his career as an associate with Nishith Desai Associates (NDA) and moved on to Khaitan in 2013.

At K Law he focuses on private equity and venture capital investments, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, transaction documentation, due diligence and other commercial advisory work, according to his Linkedin profile.

He also has experience in IT and media work as well as corporate litigation.

We have reached out to him and K Law partner Naina Krishnamurthy for comment.
