Karanjawala promotes Samarjeet Pattnaik to partnership in criminal lit

Karanjawala & Co has promoted principal associate Samarjeet Pattnaik to partnership, as first reported by Bar & Bench.

The Symbiosis Pune 2002 alumni, who is with the firm since 2002, is the second partner in the firm’s criminal litigation practice which is currently headed by partner Sandeep Kapur.

The firm has six other partners including managing partner Raian Karanjawala and his wife Manik Karanjawala.

In 2012 the firm promoted its first partner in seven years, Meghna Mishra.

Raian Karanjawala was not reachable for comment at the time of going to press.
