L&L boosts corporate partnership with K Law’s Arjun Rajgopal (NLS ‘07)

Arjun Rajgopal moves to L&L Delhi from K Law Bangalore

K Law partner Arjun Rajgopal has joined L&L Partners in Delhi in its corporate practice, according to the firm and his Linked-in profile.

He specialises in private equity, venture capital and M&A work, as well as corporate advisory.

He has represented companies including Pepperfry, Bira (B9 Beverages), Reliance Industries and a number of funds.

The 2007 NLSIU Bangalore graduate had begun his career at Nishith Desai Associates, moved to Khaitan & Co Delhi in 2013, and K Law in 2017 in Bangalore, where he became partner.

Arjun is a rockstar. Star performer at kco Delhi. He was bharat anand's go to guy on complex and high stake matters. Also, very famous amongst large pe heavyweights like Sequoia, KKR etc. Well done Luthra on this recruitment.

He always lets other associates to flourish under him. A great motivator who ensures others are motivated to work and does not take any credit. have seen him slogging 16 hours plus in KCO every day just to ensure client satisfaction

Will someone please stop this crap about 16 hours of blah blah work. A normal body and a normal mind is needed for normal work. Sleep is important. Whoever is saying that they work till 2 in the night and send 2am emails is either inefficient or doesnt like their spouse or both.This is a general comment.

Loss of Klaw is gain of luthra. With cap mkt team going, they can look upto Arjun to Bridge the revenue gap to large extent. Hopefully he succeeds and has a great record of doing that in the past. All the best sir !

I wonder why does LI take so much time to report anything. Why are they so slow. For a website, which is prinarily for corporate lawyers Dhruv's resignation is not even reported.

I am truly happy for Arjun. I have worked with him closely on deals and he is a perfectionist. He is the kind of person who can set up his own firm in a few years.
