'Law School'-ite Richa Naujoks gets nod to Nixon Peabody NYC partnership

NLSIU Bangalore 2000 graduate Richa Naujoks was promoted to partnership at Nixon Peabody in New York City, according to a press release from the firm.

She specialises in cross-border acquisitions, investments and commercial transactions, and heads the firm’s South Asia practice co-chairs its India group.

She began her career at Rajah & Tann in 2000, joined Nixon Peabody in 2004 after an LLM at the University of Washington, then became a consultant at GTZ, followed by a year as general secretary of the Society of Women Lawyers (SOWL) from 2010.

She returned to Nixons in 2011.

Kian it will be good if you can do a story profiling the top 30 most successful NLSIU graduates, top 30 most successful NALSAR graduates etc. They can be from law firms, the bar, NGO, academics etc.

Won't work. Barring a few exceptions, all NLS and NALSAR grads are either "number one" or "number two". Actually, most of them are "number two"
