Samantha Fernandes D’Souza gets associate partner nod at Link Legal

Link Legal India Law Services has promoted Samantha Fernandes D’Souza as associate partner in its banking and finance team.

She had started her career at the firm in 2010.

D’Souza specialises in advising banks, financial institutions and corporate houses on banking and finance transactions, including syndicated finance, debt restructuring, NCD issuances, cross-border financing, working capital and corporate loans, according to the firm’s press release.

Managing partner Atul Sharma and co-managing partner Nusrat Hassan congratulated her on this “well-deserved promotion”, according to a statement.
