He is not even working in India so why will you hear about him unless you are so big that you know of all the cap markets work happening around the world. Clearly, for you the biggest cap markets lawyer in the world is Asher (no offence to Yash). Such a conical view.

... and who are you buddy? Which league are you part of?

It’s not that easy to make it in a place like Sidley, obviously he’s done something right.

One of the few laywers who has the guts to tell a client on his face that his impossible deadlines is just that - impossible and can't be done.

A refreshing change to the lawyers who'd rather see people go to a hospital than say no to a client.

Smart move to hitch his wagon to Manoj. A junior partner’s ascendancy and fortune always pegged to their senior. His patch up with Manoj worked for him.

Ankit is probably the most under-rated lawyer. He is super in execution, can get things done quickly and is a very good in keeping relations. He is destined for big things in life but in a very unassuming way. He is one of those who you will hardly notice on the crease until he has probably made 50 odd runs.

Congratulations Ankit.
