Samvad promotes 2 in Bangalore, grows to 16 partners

Samvād Partners has promoted Bangalore-based counsel Anisha Shroff and Siddharth Seshan to partner.

Shroff specialises in M&A, private equity and venture capital work, and had in the past also worked in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Seshan primarily works on PE and VC deals, as well as joint ventures and general corporate advisory.

He is also a member of Samvad’s anti-corruption and compliance team.

Seshan had previously worked at Themis Associates, Archer & Angel and Vaish Associates, and has a 2009 LLM from University College London.

This takes the total size of Samvad Partners to 16 partners.

One can never be sure about these things but her surname suggests that she belongs to a Shroff family.

Anisha is from Ranchi, Jharkhand. She is not related to the Shroff family.

She has worked very hard to become Partner at Samvad. Anyone who has worked with her can testify to her achievements.

They were confirmed Tier 2 a couple of years ago. Now it is more Tier 3 or the bottom post pile in Tier 2.
