Shardul Amarchand hires half of Prism, Yogesh Chande, from ELP for complimentary securities experience

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has hired Economic Laws Practice (ELP) associate partner Yogesh Chande in Mumbai, reported Bar & Bench.

Chande had joined ELP in 2012 with PR Ramesh, with whom he had started Prism Partners & Advocates.

We have reached out to ELP and Shardul Amarchand for comment.

Update: Shardul Amarchand Mumbai managing partner Akshay Chudasama commented that Chande’s securities’ practice was complimentary to the other lawyers in Mumbai and he would bring along a wealth of experience.
