Shardul Amarchand Mumbai partner Jay Parikh, who joined the firm in 2015 from Verus Advocates, has resigned from the firm.

Parikh specialises in corporate finance and M&A.

We have reached out for comment to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas managing partner Akshay Chudasama and Parikh, and will update the story when we hear from them.

Parikh was one of the co-founding partner of Verus in 2012, after four years at Bharucha & Partners and two years at erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas after graduating from NUJS Kolkata in 2006.

Hope it’s Luthra Bombay and not Delhi. The blue eyed boy in delhi will ruin any hope JP may have. He will never take it kindly that another partner has joined his fiefdom.
