Singhania & Partners LLP has promoted associate partner Rudra Srivastava to its partnership.

He is a 2006 NLIU Bhopal graduate who had previously worked with Chawla & Co, Dua Associates and Tatva Legal, before joining Sinhania in 2016 as an associate partner.

He specialises in employment and corporate commercial work, in sectors such as e-commerce, real estate, broadcasting, franchising, retail, food & beverages, telecom infrastructure, manufacturing and chemicals.

The firm has also promoted Bhanu Harish to senior associate in corporate and employment.

Singhania & Partners now consists of a total of 15 partners, including 2 founder partners, 5 equity partners, and 8 associate or salaried partners. It has a total of 64 fee-earners.

Do they even earn more than top tier law firm associates? Both singhanias are one of the lowest paying firms starting at 10-20 odd a month. What kind of corporate work do they get? Never hear about them or any transactional work they do. [...] Yet. Congrats for this. [...]
