Very few law firms have partners who can handle white collar crime disputes.

No one can tap good talent and retain them like Abhijit. In five years Abhijit has shown tremendous progress. Way to go AJ

True. Even the biggest law firms do not have specialization in white collar crime disputes. Also someone of 2007 batch has a skill set of trial is interesting. Otherwise dispute lawyers do not go beyond interim orders.

There are specialist White Collar firms in the market and these firms actually know what they are doing. Don’t see why anybody would go for sub par white collar practices of tier 1 firms - makes no sense!

Unless of course the matters themselves are unimportant. Its not exactly an experimental practice area.

But still, great to see NM finally getting the nod! Cheers!

Absolute not surprised to hear of another successful partner who got out of WG over the last decade. Wonder if someone who is more of an insider can provide details of the attrition rate that WG has seen in the last decade.
