Indian Corporate Law blog’s V Umakanth just reported that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has notified several further provisions of the Companies Act to take effect from 1 April [Indian Corporate Law Blog] [Notification (mirror link since original MCA link unreliable at the moment)]

Just before I was getting a hang of the Companies Act, 1956 - the new law..... ouch now I have two heads one which sees the 56 Act and the other the 2013.......

Double penetration I say!
