ACTA is is also bad because its definition of 'counterfeit' is too wide and could also include cheaper generic drugs as 'counterfeit' thus hampering the Indian drug industry. ACTA is a tool whereby patent holders can attack generic manufacturers. I would question whether it is really aimed at real counterfeiting.
