ELP, Khaitan help Ambit fund take $10m minority stake in Vidal Healthcare

“Third-party administrator Vidal Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd Monday said Ambit Pragma Ventures Pvt. Ltd, the private equity arm of Ambit Holdings Pvt. Ltd, has invested about $10 million in the firm to buy a significant minority stake,” reported Mint.

Ambit was represented by Economic Laws Practice (ELP) partner Darshan Upadhyay (Partner), Amruta Kelkar (Senior Associate), associate manager Pooja Chatterjee, and associates Sophia Mustafa and Alysha Razvi.

Vidal Healthcare was represented by Khaitan & Co Bangalore partner Ganesh Prasad, senior associate Pallavi Thacholi and associate Muralikrishnan.
