Link Legal, SAM, Themis, Trilegal, Jones Day on $15m 1MG funding from Maverick & others

Link Legal advised digital healthcare platform 1MG Technologies on raising Rs 100 crore ($15m) from Maverick Capital Ventures which was advised by Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) and Jones Day. Existing investors also participating in the round were Sequoia Capital which was advised by Themis Associates, Omidyar Network which was advised by Trilegal, and Dumac.

Link Legal Delhi partner manish Gupta and associates Shivam Tandon and Sweta Rao acted for 1MG

SAM partner Raghubir Menon, principal associate Ekta Gupta and associate Aritra Roy, and Jones Day partner Robert Cardone acted for Maverick.

Themis principal associate Ashwini Verma and associate Rayan Azmi acted for Sequoia.

Trilegal partner Ravindra Bandakavi and counsel Vishwanath Singh acted for Omidyar Network.
