Samvad on Rs 3.5cr angel investment in Adsparx, with Beacon Law Advisors

Samvad Partners advised Pune-based Novix Media Inc, the company behind video ad tech online platform AdSparx in the funding of Rs 3.5 crore ($600,000) in it by Indian Angel Network, Mumbai Angels and Delhi-based Growx Ventures Management.

The Investors were advised by Beacon Law Advisors PLLC.

Samvad partner Neela Badami and associate Shruthi Chandrasekaran acted for Novix which will use the capital to expand to Singapore and the US, reported the ET.

Lol... when pigs fly... anyway the days of loading juniors and doing par standard due diligence and charging heavy fees for them are over... I can understand your frustration.. you do all the heavy lifting and then your name gets lost in the hundred or so associates who have done the deal for you... and the Partner who did nothing gets his/her name emblazoned on legally india... but dont worry bete... acche din aane wale hai...
