Tatva Delhi partner Simran Singh and managers Neha Chhabra and Seher Ali acted for Xander, which structured its investment as a senior secured non-convertible debt, listed on the wholesale debt market of the BSE, according to Money Life.

DSK Legal Delhi partner Niraj Kumar and manager Salinee Ranjan acted for Orris.
