Algo for FarEye robotics in $25m JSA-Microsoft, CAM-8 Roads, OMM-Honeywell Series D

NEW DELHI: FarEye, a logistics SaaS (software-as-a-service) platform, announced a Series D investment of $25 million led by M12 (Microsoft’s venture fund), Eight Roads Ventures and Honeywell Ventures. Existing investor SAIF Partners also participated in the round.

Algo Legal advised Robotic Wares Private Limited (FarEye) led by a team of partner Minhaz Lokhandwala and senior associate Utsav Gandhi. (Lokhandwala has since joined IndusLaw.)

J Sagar Associates (JSA) advised Microsoft.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted for Eight Roads.

O Melveny & Myers LLP acted for Honeywell.

1. As per your reports, Minhaz has joined Indus in August; and

Thanks for your comment. The link to Mint now fixed, and have added a short update to mention Minhaz's move.
Also note though that deal reports (for the purposes for our database) are historical and intended to reflect the instructions won by a firm / partner at a specific point in time, so Algo would still get the primary deal credit for this one.
