New-Delhi based fintech platform BharatPe has raised $75 million in a Series-C financing round, TechCrunch reported on Monday.

Antares Legal advised Resilient Innovations Private Limited, operating as BharatPe, led by a team of senior associate Surbhi Kothiala with founding partner Siddharth Bhavnani and associate Mohona Thakur.

The firm had also acted for BharatPe in August 2019 on its $50m round, alongside IndusLaw, Khaitan & Co and L&L Partners for the investors.
