“Private equity investor Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and Co (KKR) exited Kolkata-based nonbanking finance company Magma Fincorp through a block deal. KKR had sold a large part in April when Magma Fincorp raised funds through a QIP,” reported The Economic Times.
