IC Universal acts for Equanimity Ventures on $5m Series B in Peel-Works

“Peel-Works, a software-as-a-service and big data analytics platform for small-and-medium-sized retailers has raised $5 million in Series B funding. The round was led by Equanimity Ventures, with the participation from HDFC Bank and Bruno Raschle while existing investors like Unilever Ventures, Chiratae Ventures, and Inventus Capital India also backed the Mumbai-based startup,” reported The Economic Times.

IC Universal Legal acted for Equanimity Ventures and HDFC Bank. led by a team of partner Sambhav Ranka, senior associate Dhruma Paronigar and associate Vartika Koolwal.
