Indus, JSA act on 2-wheel-financier Berar fundraise of $10m from Amicus

Mid-market growth capital firm Amicus Capital has invested Rs 70 crore (nearly $10 million at current exchange rates) in Berar Finance Ltd, which runs a two-wheeler-focussed financing unit.

J Sagar Associates advised Amicus Capital led by a team of partners Vikram Raghani and Bir Bahadur Singh senior associate Sachar Abhilash Chandran, associates Abhra Arora, Ankit Kumar and Harman Khorana.

IndusLaw advised Berar Finance Limited, an NBFC, led by a team of partner Jinni Sinha, senior associate Chitvan Bakshi, associate Neha Balodhi.
