Matrix Partners India along with Accel Partners have invested over INR 44 crores (USD 6 million approx) in an education startup, Openhouse Technologies on a Series A equity funding round, as reported by VC Circle.

Khaitan & Co represented Openhouse Technologies while Accel Partners was advised by its in-house team.
