Rajaram, Samvad do $120m Series D for Zetwerk manufacturing for $600m valuation

Business-to-business (B2B) manufacturing platform Zetwerk has raised $120 million (Rs 880 crore) in a Series D funding round led by US-based Greenoaks Capital and Lightspeed Venture Partners. The fundraising, which saw participation of Sequoia Capital and Kae Capital, values the company at around $600 million, sources said.

Rajaram Legal advised Sequoia Capital India led by a team of partner Prasad Subramanyan, senior associate Aakanksha Pagnis, and associate Kanchana S P.

Zetwerk was represented by Samvad Partners, led by partner Siddharth Seshan and senior associate Lakshmi Kishore.

Samvad and Themis had advised on the Series A round in 2019.

The Series C of June 2020 had been handled by Samvad and Algo.
