Prozone Group and its affiliates acquired a 50% stake in a real estate project being developed at Oshiwara, Andheri, Mumbai, by the Paradigm Group, a renowned real estate group based in Mumbai. The project is a redevelopment project governed by Slum Rehabilitation Authority (“SRA”), Mumbai. The transaction also involves providing an exit to one of the existing partners in the project.
