Mumbai’s Dhruve Liladhar & Company has promoted senior associate Lalan Gupta to its partnership, in the latest step to transform from a family litigation firm to broad-base its partnership.

“Drug firm Strides Shasun today said it has inked a pact with Vivimed Labs to set up two joint venture firms,” reported PTI.

According to authoritative sources, Udwadia Udeshi & Argus (UUA) will separate into what remains of the two pre-merger legacy-firm by next month.
