L&L Partners has promoted six to partner, of whom three are in the M&A corporate practice group, two in general corporate, and one in banking finance, according to an internal announcement.

L&L Partners, formerly known as Luthra & Luthra, has hired two: Akshay Nagpal, associate general counsel of airline Indigo’s holding company, Interglobe Aviation Limited, is joining as a partner; HSK Legal founding partner Harish Kumar has joined as a partner designate.

Link Legal India Law Services has hired two lateral partners, with Harish Kumar joining from DMD Advocates, and Shubha Karra joining from Argus Partners.
