Former Inox Leisure vice president legal and company secretary Dhanraj Mulki has joined Mahindra Holidays as general counsel and company secretary.

Inox Group legal adviser indirect tax Shilpa Sharma has moved to group company Inox Leisure as vice president legal, where she will oversee the legal operations of the cinema and entertainment giant.
