AZB & Partners Mumbai office, except for the litigation team, will be moving from its South-Mumbai Express Towers office into Lower Parel by next year.

Exclusive: Luthra & Luthra will move into new interim offices in Lower Parel this weekend, having finalised office space of 12,000 square foot in the Indiabulls complex enabling a tripling of current headcounts.

Exclusive: DSK Legal will split across North and South Mumbai and move out of Nariman Point’s Express Towers after securing office space in the Lower Parel Indiabulls Centre, which also houses three other law firms.

Trilegal will be the second law firm to move into Lower Parel’s One Indiabulls Centre in November, joining Khaitan & Co in the same Mumbai office block. Trilegal is also moving into its long-planned new office in Delhi this month and preparing for its move in Bangalore.

Khaitan & Co’s Mumbai office is moving from the Ballard Estate area to Lower Parel, where it has taken a lease of a large space allowing it to double in size in future.
