Khaitan & Co Bangalore partner Nalina Mayegowda, who had left in late March, and Tatva Legal partners Raghunath Ananthapur, R Vasudev, and Raghavi BS have together set up new Bangalore-based firm Magnah Law Partners, reported Bar & Bench.

Khaitan & Co Bangalore-based litigation partner Nalina Mayegowda, who had only joined a year ago from Poovayya & Co, has left to become a counsel reported Bar & Bench.

She was the fourth disputes partner in Khaitan’s Bangalore office.

Khaitan & Co’s Bangalore office has hired Nalina Mayegowda as a disputes partner from local Bangalore-headquartered Poovayya & Co, where she was also a partner.
