Charul Yadav, who had rejoined IP firm Obhan & Associates as associate partner in January of this year after a one-year stint at LexOrbis, has been promoted to partner at the firm, according to a press release.

“Online tutoring firm BYJU’s has announced the acquisition of TutorVista and Edurite from Pearson. It said these acquisitions will help it expand in newer markets as well as create a diverse product portfolio,” reported Your Story.

Obhan & Associates acted for publisher Penguin Random House in its purchase of Ananda Publishers’ stake in Penguin Books India.
