Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has hired L&L Partners Delhi-based corporate practice partner Samarth Gupta as a partner who had resigned in October of last year.

Two corporate partners at L&L Partners have given their notice to resign ahead of today’s court hearing following at least two days of mediation.

L&L Partners has promoted six to partner, of whom three are in the M&A corporate practice group, two in general corporate, and one in banking finance, according to an internal announcement.
