Inox Group legal adviser indirect tax Shilpa Sharma has moved to group company Inox Leisure as vice president legal, where she will oversee the legal operations of the cinema and entertainment giant.

Former Vaish Associates indirect tax head Shilpa Sharma, who had left the firm in April, has joined the Inox Group as legal advisor.

Vaish Associates has started a Mumbai indirect tax practice in its new Parel office with the hire of Paras Kuhad Associates partner Shilpa Sharma.
