Former Nokia Siemens Networks legal head Joginder Yadav joined legal process outsourcing company (LPO) UnitedLex as senior vice-president in its contract solutions business on Monday. Yadav shifted gears into the LPO industry after more than sixteen years of an in-house legal career, including a brief law firm stint at Kochhar & Co.

The turnover of legal process outsourcing (LPO) company UnitedLex was $42.8m in 2011, up from $28.2m (Rs 238 crore) the previous year, reported US-based Inc Magazine in its listing of the 500 fastest-growing privately held US companies.
