Former Juris Corp partner Veena Sivaramakrishnan is joining Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as a partner in Mumbai, as first reported by Bar & Bench.

Juris Corp has issued a press release announcing the resignation of four partners - Veena Sivaramakrishnan, Sandeep Mahapatra, Debanjan Banerjee and Abhinav Surana.

One of Juris Corp’s senior associates has rejoined the firm after a three year stint in-house at ICICI Bank and in the last three months the firm has also taken on six lawyers from law school and two junior lawyers returning after completing LLMs abroad.
