Kian I would suggested that u check the bio section of the high courts and makes a list of the law schools our judges are from. You will note that most are from ordinary colleges, not the NLUs, even though the first batch of NLSIU are now old enough to be judges. This shows that the experiment to improve the quality of the bar and bench by inducting brights graduates of NLUs has failed. The judiciary even lacks people from Symbiosis, ILS etc, and very few have LLMs from abroad.

You should do a story on this

My matter has been dismissed in Objection stage. After 3 years pend ency. I can not afford to spend Rs 10000 and much more for removing office objection . How may I mention Before Hon. Chief Justice to get help in this case. This case is very interesting from all angles, fraud , and corruption in Justice.

I believe now SC will focus on elevations to SC with more changes/transfer as CJ HCs being effected simultaneously.

So now they will promote Khanvilkar and Chandrachud to the Supreme Court. The Mumbai contingent in the SCI will be Bobade, Nariman, Lalit, Khanvilkar and Chnadrachud. Can they tolerate a Mumbai heavy caucus in the SCI?
