This is wrong and unlawful , all the candidates are deserving and exams were very fair, If somebody was aggrived with the process and rules of selection , why they did not aggitate before examination or result , 14 candidates selected are from Rajasthan only....

can any of the lawyer point out where the irregularity has been?
any one of the agitating lawyer dosent even know what to agitate for?
its easy to defame the cj or any other judge, but if all these alligations are proved wrong, then can we restore the dignity of them! think over it.
however, its the poor litigant honest lawyers who will suffer.

Dear All

To mention whatz wrong in the process are:-

1) for 36 posts 37 candidates were declared succesful and were to appear for interview. this per-se was illegal as Min 3X (times) candidaes should have been called but that was not so.

2)only 14 rajasthani candidates were declared succesful rest are from outside state ( non-rajasthani), this is not the irregularity but now here is tha patch-
outsider candidates which were selected stayed in 1 hotel and all of them were selected, moreover they had all 1 centre in jaipur.

3) moreover it is stated that they had 1 person (agent)with them which belonged to 1 state wherefrom Hon'ble comes from and he is close to him and shared many times close relationship with them

4) 14 rajasthani- 8 candidates have their parents in higher judicial services and rest 6 have High court realtionship.

5) 1 candidate of rajasthan whose father is RHJS- got selected who does'nt poses the degree and his proud father says that " even though he had cleared the written but hav'nt cleared interview so in no chance he has done irregularity and my ward does'nt poses the degree ( no exp he is J&K n teaching) but not finally selected so nothing wrong in it.

6) rules changed in RHJS to favour outsiders which has happened as clear case of corruption ( 1 person claims to have proof, news reports unconfirmed)

7) all selected had links ( direct & Indorect)

If this type of charges levelled against any other government department then our judicially definetly enquired in to the matter and after investigation in the entire matter examination definately cancelled. But today the allegations made against the judicially therefore it is for the judicial authorities the matter should be referred to CBI and after the result of investigation only and only further action is to be taken till that all the process should be postpond.

There has been allegations (Mind it, these are allegations and yet there has been no proof produced or showed to the public) against the Chief Justice of Rajasthan Mr. Jagdish Bhalla. Lawyers are agitating against him and says that they are against Mr. Bhalla as they feel he is the person responsible for all this and because of him there has been manipulations in the results.

It's not the 1st case of Corruption leveled against Mr. Bhalla, previously he was charged that he has bought the Land in his wife name at Rs 5 Lakh only in Noida but the SDM's report said that the plot was of min 7.20 Crores. http://www.tehelka.com/story_main26.asp?filename=Ne012707The_Case_is.asp BTY im ready to buy the Plot @ 1 Crore 200 Times of what he has originally brought ;-) ) it was argued that time land was offered from the land grabers but he was given Clean Chit by CJI. Now On Strike, now it enters into its 17th days ( may be more) but there seems to be no sign of getting end to it. CJ proposed the Formula by which 12 vacancy ( initially there was 36 Vacancy) to be filled and accordingly the list of original 37 people remains was to be seen ( he insisted that originally selected candidates be on the list and be called for interview, i dnt knw why?? )

What remains Nextt!!! when there has been specific allegations of corruption and the Apex court of India feels that when such is case where there is something foul let there be Independent Inquiry ( be it from CBI { though some people argue it is puppet in the hand of Central Govt or Congress Govt.} or any other independent body) why is CJ or the State government not heeding towards this. Had this been any other irregular appointment case by now CBI or CID Inquiry would have taken place while slamming the Government for the irregularity.

People are starting to loose the faith in Judiciary because of all this. Mr Shanti Bhushan dares the Supreme Court to arrest/try him for contempt of court when he said out of 16 Chief Justice of India 8 were Corrupt and his son files the affidavit in the court for the same while leveling the allegations on the CJI ( http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/articles/Affidavit-of-Prashant-Bhushan-Advocate-in-contemp-Case-2482.asp )

Mr. Kian plz let the people know the truth and let this be published n if possible make sure this affidavit of Mr. Prahsant Bushan and the comment of Mr Shanti Bushan appears on LegallyIndia.
However there has been several instances of corruption ( it's not only accepting the Money/bribe, it can be favoring some person for some other benifit { can be monetary can be in any form } like i like JW Blue Label/Jack daniel and u gift me, or an Audii, Cuban cigar while watching Dance ;-))

this one has more details, plzz see these are not my words nor my personal opinion, itz from a leading magazine, which exposed the NDA govt when Defence minister had minted some money in the buying process of Coffins for the Great Soldiers who laid their life while protecting the Country during Kargil War. ( these 2 were allegations)

Advocate strike is illegal,

#9 ur right Supreme Court also says the same in their judgment in Harish Uppal (Ex-Capt.) Vs. Union of India (2003) 2 SCC 45 but who cares in this world about the same as Supreme Court also says that no irregularity in the recruitment should be tolerated and the guilty should be punished for it but when the charges are against the Judiciary and Chief Justice is called as the leader of the ( these are allegations and are put on by the lawyers in the Chief justice Court when chief justice was presiding in the Court No1. of Rajasthan high court, Jodhpur. Had it been case where Chief Justice was right then he could have immediately called the Contempt of court and should have initiated the inquiry and punished the guilty for it but it never happened nor i belive in the future also will it take place. ;-)

Chief Justice itself doesn't want the strike to end as he could have easily passed the order of CBI inquiry and could have given a limited say 14 days time to complete and should have made the all the records and data relating to the Examination in the public and those lawyers agitating against him inspected the docs and in case of irregularity could have been appointed out.

Now the Chief Justice have moved to delhi ( HC says he has moved for Eye treatment) but i fail to understand how could he leave the rajasthan when such a tension is going on between Bar & Bench. there are good Hospitals in Jaipur, Jodhpur. ( AIIMS Docs have come to jodhpur and have opened the Excellent hospital). But there is another angel to story as per the rumors which are prevalent says that "Beta, Supreme Court and Other high profile who can save someone's skin are in Delhi only na so Eye ka treatment can be done anywhere but ********** inka to Delhi hi hoga. :O ;-)

Now's the time when Supreme court should intervene when CJI Kapadia ji talks about justice to the poor and transparency in the system. It's the best time to come and intervene if someone want to make People believe in and the Constitution of India holds its value. Right of every one would be protected.

I know some of the sucessful candidate MR. Rai from Delhi. He Cleared the exam of ADJ in Tripura, but unfortunatly the exam cancelled , He cleared The exam of ADJ in Delhi with highest marks but unfortunaly, unsucessful in interview. One Mr Gupta from Delhi , he also cleared The ADJ Haryana Exam but unsucessful in Interview, One lady from Haryana Cleared The Junior division exam in Haryana but not cleared the Interview.One Mr. Harun From Haryana also cleared in exam of Junior division Haryana.
I also appeared in This Exam But i was not sucessful.
But one thing i know that all the candidates are Deserving candidates. This Aggitation is Just to mislead the Facts & take votes of the Advocates in coming elections of Bar.

@ 11 [some of] these names You took are professional examinees , who is appearing in judicial exam for last many years (some for last 7 to 9 years), they have nothing to do than appear in exam all over India from Tripura to Rajsthan, Kashmir to Kerela. do you think it will improve standard of Judiciary. here also restriction required to be imposed for number of attempts one can take , like in any other competitive exam (upsc/ engineering/medical entrance etc) (person is appearing in Judicial exams all over India for many year, they are so desperate to become part of Judiciary.......)
i am not commenting on issue persons got selected are deserving or not.. but point raised by Rajsthan Bar Cannot be overlooked and specific allegation of putting all candidates in one hotel and all got qualified must be inquired into and if found true even candidates shall be debarred from further appearing in any exam and also from further practice as a lawyer for adopting illegal means . it is very serious allegation by BAR and it must see the logical conclusion.. But we all know Rajsthan High Court in administrative side will not set up inquiry and allegations will die in due course like law will take due course as happens in all allegation of corruptions against Judiciary...presently administrative side of Judiciary is not transparent and stone walled .

#11- u give out the name of persons and tell them they have cleared the exams else where but did they ever asked why couldn't they clear it. did they ever use a powerfull tool like RTI, i guess they did'nt. when we are speaking about the RHJS exam there was total corruption (money/jack or whtever ) do u also know that From a particular office there were 4 persons who got selected in the Written exam. now that's a not a coincidence but one thing they had in common , they all knew CJ of rajasthan due to thier office contact and they had all the same similarity as all other candidates who got selected.
one thing i learned from this Controversy is that only qualification to clear these exams is ********

#12 indeed true, there should be limited attempts in the examination. one thing that makes me more worried is why do you want to put the age cap in the examination, what purpose does it serve. if you put that one need to have 7 year exp in his hand that is ok and fine but why the Min age limit of 35 years why do i need to wait for 35 years to give Higher judiciary exam. if i have knowledge and exp in my hand then why stop me on this issue. There should be no min age restriction as it restricts the person who are having knowledge and are deserving candidates.

all exams should be conducted in an open and transparent way. the CBI inquiry should have been accepted and the lawyers should have sticked to it. why let go the culprit for the wrong he has done. let the truth be exposed and be in the public domain. scrapping of results mean only that ok. there has been wrong we accept that and lets scrap it and reconduct it but does it serve the basic purpose for which u had gone for the strike and continued for it for more than 28 days. 2mrw ther's again goin to be again same situtation and again you would repeat the same. No, sticking to it would have sent strong message to the Bench and the culprits ( present & future) see if this happens nxt time this is goin to be happen. So don't dare to do it again.

baseless allegation by local lawyers,it is against the unity and integrity of nation... every one has a right to appear in exam. any where in india and to be selected on merit ...if irregularity in exam as you allege then why you want amendment in rules ....it is only to prevent candidates only on the grond of outsider ....why not you have asked for a freash exam with existing rule...it clearly indicates that not the irregularity but some ulterior selfish motive of some persons...exam was totaly fair
