The long-awaited 911-page order by Justice John Michael Cunha, which convicted and jailed then-serving Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa under the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 for holding disproportionate assets, has been published by The Hindu today. The paper reported that front companies were used by her associates to hold properties in “shoddy and murky” deals on behalf of Jayalalithaa.

More than 200 pages after the judgment are taken up by annexed lists at the end, with a list of witnesses (259 for the prosecution and 99 for the defence), documents examined (2,341 for the prosecution, 384 by the defence), and a list of 1606 objects “marked” by the court, which includes various items of gold jewellery and other of Jayalalithaa’s and other defendants’ belongings (more than 100 mostly gold, designer watches, including Rolex and other luxury brands).

Hey, Michael D'cunha is a district judge. So, his designation should be "Honorable" and not "Justice Cunha"
