BCI follows Delhi BC, issues notices to ML Sharma, AP Singh for 'alleged remarks'

Advocates ML Sharma and AP Singh, who have represented the 2012 Delhi gangrape convicts and recently made controversial and misogynistic comments in a documentary that was banned in India, have been served with three-week show cause notices by the Bar Council of India (BCI), which deliberated on the issue yesterday until after midnight, reported the Indian Express and others.

BCI chairman Manan Kumar Mishra said: “We have issued the show cause notices to ML Sharma and AP Singh for their alleged remarks made in the documentary.”

Earlier yesterday evening, Legally India reported that the Delhi bar council had also decided to serve show cause notices on both lawyers.

I B.Nachiketh submit following few lines as my views and experience as advocate…… The Indian government should use common séance, In 1980's there was no Rape or Nirbaya , those days the RAPE/ doing in unlawful activities are sin as per the common man, know the films are showing women as a play model, every school going boy or girl know what is sex, and how to have sex, if she disagree , then Rape, Teasing, The nowadays the films, serials are showing the Husband and wife relationships are narrating way , harassment by in laws, so many 498 A, DVC Section 3 & 4, Every Deepavali , Danteras for purchase of gold .....it is a creation of Gold shops for sale of black gold... the wife’s are torture for gold ....Anti corruption cases because of wife’s harassment and serials, cinemas ...........Are we living happy in India? I don't think ............The Indian government should ban Porn, Filthy movies, serials , as well as Teach morals and ethics, without these the government want to ban one (India Daughter )serial is Foolish way , Like “HOLDING HAND IN FRONT OF SUN AND STOPPING RAYS OF SUN” .
