Linklegal, Themis on $3m Oku Tech fundraising

Linklegal India Law Services advised Lightspeed, Cyber Agent Asia, and GrowXon their Rs 215 million ($3.2m) investment in online tech solutions provider Oku Tech which was advised by Themis Associates.

Linklegal partner Manish Gupta and associates Shivam Tandon and Suraj Meher acted for the investors.

Themis Delhi partner Akhil Bansal and associate Sonia Gupta acted for Oku Tech which is operating under the brand Bro-Ex.

“Oku Tech’s BroEx will use the funds to expand in Tier I, Tier II and Tier III cities across India. Besides, the funds will also be used in the next level of product development, including launching complimentary products and services for brokers to facilitate transactions,” reported Inc42.
