According to a notice on the Supreme Court website, in addition to just one miscellaneous week after the summer vacations from 1 to 3 July 2015, the second week of July (6th to 10th July) will also be a miscellaneous week (see notice left).
In last and previous years, there was only a one week miscellaneous week on either side of the apex court’s summer vacations.

As for the story itself, Kian, you mustn't forget that in a break from convention this year, the last week before the vacation was not a Miscellaneous week. Therefore, really speaking it is only moving the Miscellaneous week from pre-vacation to post-vacation. I don't think there had to be story on this..least of all with a misleading headline. The other problem with the headline is arithmetically, one additional week would have meant 100% increase...but like I say, that is all irrelevant.
