I am an Engineer from Pune University and wish to study full-time law. I would like to know your views on a LLB (Hons. in IPR) degree offered by IIT Kharagpur (Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Rights) with regards to the following:

1) placement opportunities

2) IPR tag - bane or boon if one wants to move into corporate law practice

3) recognition - in India

4) International recognition - for law training contracts and LLM

5) acceptance of such lawyers in the law community

I am may soon have to choose between GLC Mumbai and IIT KGP. Appericiate any advice, opinions and constructive criticism.
